Q. How did your relationship with Wedgewood Homes begin?
Gary Massa (GM):
I believe it was in 2015. My title rep was contacted by a Wedgewood Representative looking for an agent that specializes in Rancho Santa Fe to help them strategize on the marketing and sales of a property they just bought. That was our first interaction. Since then, we have built a great business relationship. Plus, I’ve made many friends!
Q. What makes you excited about what you do?
GM:
The most exciting thing to me is helping people build wealth through real estate. Coming from a construction background, I love seeing the before and after and being involved in the process.
Q: What made you choose to partner with Wedgewood Homes?
GM:
I had a great admiration for what they were doing. I saw it as changing neighborhoods and influencing appreciation in neighborhoods and communities. After that, it was a great business partnership with people I respected and enjoyed.
Q: How do you solve problems for your clients?
GM:
I support my clients through understanding the root of their concerns, understanding psychology, and how to help people reach their goals, even if the path is not what they initially thought.
Q: What impact do you hope to have for your clients?
GM:
My goal is for my clients to look back and say that their lives changed for the better because of our experience together.
Q. What is one thing you want our reader to know about you?
GM:
One of the top things that gets me excited is the opportunity to help so many people. Not just selling property for my clients but helping my tribe (clients, team members, other agents, and friends) grow personally and professionally through real estate and business development. I really appreciate the opportunity to mentor and help others reach their goals.
