TreeLC expands to Dallas-Fort Worth and Las Vegas

Wedgewood was founded in 1985 with a mission to revitalize communities through a sustainable design approach.  With sustainability at the core of our process, we continue to demonstrate a commitment to advancing the Real Estate industry toward sustainable practices that provide a positive environmental impact. As part of our ongoing efforts, early this year, Wedgewood introduced its most recent sustainability initiative, TreeLC.

TreeLC, which is a play on the acronym ‘TLC’ was launched by Wedgewood in early 2022 in Los Angeles. TreeLC is a tree planting program that aims to plant trees in dense urban neighborhoods where homes experience higher-than-above-average temperatures. Trees are known to provide shade, and naturally cool streets, improve living quality, and provide other climate benefits to support neighborhoods impacted by climate change.

As part of our continued mission to revitalize communities, we are thrilled to announce TreeLC’s expansion to the Dallas- Fort Worth area and Las Vegas.

At Wedgewood believe in being a good neighbor and giving back. The expansion of this initiative has been made possible through the help and support of our renovation team members, project managers, and in-house designers dedicated to revitalizing communities and leaving each home a little better than we found it.
