Wedgewood team members in Dallas came together for a day of service at Dress for Success on Friday, October 14, 2022. Dress for Success is a worldwide non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women toward achieving economic independence by providing professional attire, career development tools and a network of support to help women thrive in work and life.

For weeks before the day of service, Wedgewood team members prepared for this meaningful day by collecting new and gently used professional attire such as dress shirts, pants, blazers, and shoes from its team members to donate. On the day event, Wedgewood employees helped with various tasks, including collecting donations and sorting and tagging apparel, shoes, and accessories. Dress for Success one of a kind is their emphasis on quality donations. Clothing should be in new to gently used condition, clean, and contemporary to ensure they are helping women to feel confident to put their best foot forward.
